Bear Forest Villa Hualien is a four-star hotel near Hualien Town in Taiwan. It is located right next to a small, beautiful lake and is surrounded by nature.

Location
The Hotel is right next to a beautiful, small lake about 23 kilometers from the city center of Hualien Town. Hualien Airport is just 25 km away, and the next train station is about 5 km.
The hotel facility is surrounded by nature which creates a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The best way to explore the area is by bike, which guests can rent at Bear Forest Villa.
A Must-See is Taroko National Park! The most convenient way to get there is by booking a private day tour or renting a car.
Room Experience
Bear Forest Villa has five different room categories for two to four people.
All villas have an outdoor bathtub designed with wood and huge windows… and are, of course, decorated with bears in different sizes. I shared my villa with a human-sized bear!
The villa is equipped with everything you need including big Flat TV, air-condition, a hairdryer and a sufficient amount of power outlets.
Next to the bed, there is a Bose loudspeaker that you can connect to your phone via Bluetooth. Also, the toiletries are of high quality by “L’Occitane en Provence,” one of my preferred brands.
My favorite place at Bear Forest Villa Hualien? Without a doubt, my outdoor bathtub!
Hell yeah, the ideal spot of stargazing and of relaxing after a day full of adventures.

Another highlight of Bear Forest Villa is the food. During my stay, I have tried several local dishes and liked them all a lot.
What to do in Hualien?
Taroko National Park is most probably the reason why you want to travel to Hualien. And yes, it is definitely a Must-See! “Taroko” is the name of one of the 16 Taiwanese aborigines tribes. It means “old, wise people.”
